The name GG is in honor of Lee’s mother, Geri, who friends affectionally call GG.

Growing up in a single parent home, Lee’s favorite meals were shared with her over a store-bought rotisserie chicken and sides. Years later, Lee is hoping to take his approach to cooking simple, delicious food by offering responsibly-sourced rotisserie for guests to enjoy over lunch, or to take home a meal after a full day at the office to enjoy a stress-free dinner with ones they love.
